I had called for an appointment, and they got me right in! Skylar, was the stylist I saw. I got highlight and lowlights along with a cut. She made my blonde highlights look so very natural…. I‘d Definitely recommend her! The salon style has a unique homey feel too it. I took my daughter back to see her a few weeks later. She wanted something a bit different, ( almost edgy) and Skylar did not disappoint! My (teenage) daughter got exactly what she wanted, and I’m really not sure how cause she hardly knew what she wanted herself. She just kept saying Red- Red so Skylar took the time to understand what she meant by that, and she gave her the most beautiful color red that fits my daughters complexion so well it looks like she should of been a natural red head and not brunette. I'm new to which color service to book. Can you help?
Totally — and you don't have to figure it out alone. If you have a general goal (a soft sun-kissed look, fuller all-over color), pick the closest match and your stylist will confirm the right service when you sit down. If you're going for a dramatic shift in shade or texture, an in-salon consultation will get the most accurate quote.
Will the price match what I see online?
Posted prices are the floor. We'll always confirm the price before we start — and if your specific service ends up needing more product or chair time, your stylist tells you in person before they pour the first bowl. No surprises at checkout.
Do you take walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
Color and chemical services are by appointment only. Same-day cuts and styling sometimes work — call ahead and we'll see what we can fit in. Booking online is fastest.
How often should I expect to come back for color?
Balayage and lived-in color: every 3–4 months. Foiled highlights and root touch-ups: every 6–8 weeks. Single-process root color: every 4–6 weeks. Your stylist will set a cadence that fits your hair (and your calendar) at your first visit.
Is keratin smoothing worth it in Florida humidity?
If frizz, cuts, and time you spend blow-drying every morning is the issue — yes. Our keratin lasts 3–5 months, cuts your styling time roughly in half, and works on most hair types. Schedule it on a Friday so you can let it set for 48 hours before you wash.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice, no fee. Inside of 24 hours, a 50% service fee applies — we hold the chair specifically for you, and that time can't easily be filled.
